RFA reported yesterday that the Supreme Court will hold its hearing on the lawsuit between SRP MP Mu Sochua and PM Hun Xen on 07 April 2010, in spite of the fact that the Mrs. Mu Sochua asked for a delay since she is currently in the US. Mrs. Mu Sochua was involved in lawsuits with Hun Xen since 2008 because the latter said in Ta Ken commune, Kampot province, that there was a thug woman (Cheung Khlang) who ran to hug another person, then she said that the person unbuttoned her blouse. Hun Xen’s claim led to Mrs. Mu Sochua’s complaint against him, however she lost her cases both in the Phnom Penh municipal court and in appeal. It is not known if the Supreme Court will issue its decision today or it will delay the hearing due to the absence of Mrs. Mu Sochua
